To see Tool with my sister because I couldn't see them in Toronto and it's an excuse to see her.

OH GOD HER PUPPY IS SO CUTE WTF. best behaved dog ever except she wrecked my dreams (literally, I would have awesome dreams) and she'd wake me up by barking in my face. Obviously bassets say hello by baying in your face. >
But she always came when called so I think it balances.

Concert was fucking rad and loud as heck. LOUD LOUD LOUD (I'm a concert newbie, so I'm getting used to the whole loud deal) but yeah. FUCKING RAD.

I forgot how much I loved them. I didn't really. I just don't listen to them constantly. I CAN LOVE THEM FROM AFAR. I knew all the songs played except...one?
when I don't know songs it makes me sad.
THEY DID NOT play Hooker with a Penis or Prison Sex, but they played a ton of other AWETHUMB. songs so it was okay. I got over it.

I had no internet access because my sister's internet mysteriously committed suicide. Or did it?

so yeah, uh. that's it. cool concert, Ky is hot in August, and chickens don't love me like they used to, being older and all. :/

Sorry for not checking messages. I am dead serious when I say I've been only active to post things and check my vital message (trades, commissions, etc) because I'm tired a lot and I'm making a major effort to draw more.

I bought blue lead from the shop works at--lovely surprise :3 I didn't know them before but had heard of them, and I liked her art a ton and the comic a lot. But yeah, their shop is called Blue Line Pro Graphic Art Supplies (whew!) and she draws in blue lead, so I picked some up because it smudges less, and I'm not left-handed, but I write like I am, so I smudge everything I draw. So far, except for being slightly harder to erase, it's better in like, every way. I like the bluish hue it leaves much better than that nasty greyish shit left over from pencil that won't erase (can you tell I write/draw by pressing too hard?). I'm also aaaalmost done with Lucy's ref sheet, and starting a new one for Darkmoon and Bailey, and another for Carlos is in the works.

I cannot stress enough that you have to NOTE me instead of just commenting (I will check journal comments in this journal though) because it's easier for me that way to keep everything together and not miss anything.
